These rules face opposition from all sides, with some holding that FCC has overstepped its boundaries and others saying that the still unpublished framework does not offer enough protection. It is rather difficult to understand what Web Neutrality Means. Since I have stopped buying physical Newspapers, I have a daily visit to my most favourite Web Locations for news.
