Methodology

We follow a process that has been refined through experience which we feel is key to the success of any project. By following guidelines based on the Prince2 project management methodology we have developed a comprehensive process that allows visibility to all members of the development team at all stages from analysis and specification to testing and evaluation.

At phased stages in the process you can comment, ask questions or change direction to ensure a well-informed decision-making process to give you the best possible results.

We also try and follow the agile software development methods as much as possible, which is based on iterative and incremental development, where requirements and solutions evolve through collaboration between self-organizing, cross-functional teams. It promotes adaptive planning, evolutionary development and delivery, a time-boxed iterative approach, and encourages rapid and flexible response to change. It is a conceptual framework that promotes foreseen interactions throughout the development cycle.

Having worked with a number of Internet Service Providers (ISP) over the years, in 1999 we made the decision to invest in our own dedicated hosting environment and established relationships with two solid providers - 123-reg and 1and1 and for DotNetNuke, we support PowerDNN.

We believe that we must not only produce user friendly, W3C compliant, visually stunning websites, but also ensure that we occupy a host that is reliable with a warranted reputation.

We can also act as an outsource department for all of your design needs.  This can either be done by individual members of our team being devoted to you needs or on a project by project basis.

Increasingly customers are also asking for Cloud Support for either running their application on the cloud or asking us to place their high value or large file size asset on the cloud to ensure large bandwidth and consistent delivery even with extremely large number of end user clicks.

We also have our own DotNetNuke hosting, which id only for entry level customers requiring hands off support so we manage everything for them. For these customers, we will chose the hosting provider based on their bandwidth requirements and run it either on our own server rack or on dedicated virtual servers purchased for them.
